Bachelorette Andi Dorfman's Engagement Ring: All the Details

Publish date: 2024-05-29

The perfect bling! On the Monday, July 28 finale of The Bachelorette, Andi Dorfman got her happily ever after when former baseball player Josh Murray got down on one knee and presented her with a stunning Neil Lane diamond engagement ring.

Naturally, she said yes, and the two made their public debut on the live After the Final Rose special.

According to ABC, the gigantic sparkler consists of a three-carat central oval cut diamond surrounded by 154 round cut diamonds on the diamond-studded platinum band.

Murray picked the perfect rock, but Dorfman revealed that it wasn't all luck. In fact, they discussed her taste in engagement rings during their night together in the Fantasy Suite.

"It's a pretty big deal. I might as well tell him [what I want] if we're getting engaged!" she told ABC News, adding that she "could not be happier" with her ring. "Normal couples would go ring shopping or talk about it, so I'm like, 'Round, halo, maybe triple shank."

"There's no triple shank, but this is round, halo and it is nice and big," Murray told ABC News. "I wanted to make sure it was the perfect ring for her."

As for a wedding date, the lovebirds already have a time frame in mind.

"Well, we have not really started making [plans]. I think I’m gonna enjoy being engaged for a little while, but I don’t know, we’re thinking maybe a spring wedding! Why not?" Dorfman told Us Weekly in a conference call on Tuesday, July 29.

"Yeah, spring sounds great," Murray chimed in.
