Barbie Mom Posts Topless Pic on Instagram for Saint Patricks Day
Life in plastic—it’s fantastic!
Barbie mom Nannette Hammond celebrated Saint Patrick’s Day on Thursday, March 17 by showing off her size 28H breasts. “Take a PITCHER it will last longer,” she wrote alongside a topless photo of herself wearing gigantic green beads and a matching feathered hat. She covered her nipples with thick suspenders.
Earlier in the day, the size-0 platinum blonde — who was staying at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans — shared a snap of herself modeling a skimpy green and white bikini. Using an app, she decorated the picture with two mugs of frothing beer, a shamrock and a rainbow with a pot of gold.
As previously reported, The Cincinnatti-based 42-year-old has shelled out $500,000 on plastic surgery to transform herself into a human Barbie doll. She has had three boob jobs, a breast lift, veneers, lip fillers and eyelash extensions. She also wears semi-permanent makeup and hair extensions, and makes daily visits to the tanning salon in the 10-bedroom home that she shares with her husband, David, and their five kids.
Hammond insists that her children — Giovanni, 15, Sophia, 12, Alex, 10, Antonio, 5, and 16-year-old stepdaughter, Hannah — aren’t embarrassed by how she looks. In fact, they take the racy pictures she shares on social media.
“Initially I joined Instagram to check on my children but now I love using it myself,” she told News Dog Media. “My kids think it’s cool that I’m on Instagram and they all help me take my photos.”
Hammond added: “I know my photos are a tad bit risqué but I think they’re all tasteful. I’m aware that people gossip about my appearance and my photos. But I don’t care what the other parents say, they can think what they want and say what they want. I’ve got negative attention for my look all my life so it doesn’t phase me.”

As a child, the natural brunette owned more than 50 Barbie dolls. “I loved playing with those Barbies. Growing up, I felt shy and self-conscious about my looks and wanted to be just like the dolls.”
Now, raves Hammond, “I look like a fabulous Barbie. Life couldn’t be better!”
Despite spending half a million dollars on cosmetic procedures, Hammond insists her family is her No. 1 priority. “Our children are all well educated and from a young age, we talk about college,” she told News Dog Media. “Dave and I always put them first.”
