Bridget Marquardt to Invite Holly Madison, Kendra to Wedding

Publish date: 2024-05-20

No drama at these nuptials … well, that’s the hope anyway! Girls Next Door alum Bridget Marquardt spoke exclusively with Us Weekly at the second annual Let’s Make a Baby Fundraiser Gala in L.A. on Thursday, May 19, where she said that she’s keeping her feuding former costars Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson separated at her upcoming wedding.

Marquardt, 42, who is engaged to her beau of seven years, Nick Carpenter, revealed to Us that she plans on inviting her Playboy family to the couple’s future ceremony, including her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner, as well as the currently warring Madison, 36, and Wilkinson, 30.

Given the girls’ bad blood, Marquardt is taking preemptive measures to keep any potential fights at bay. Asked if she will have to seat the one-time centerfolds at separate sides of the room on her big day, the TV personality told Us with a laugh, “At this point, yes! Probably!”

As Us Weekly previously reported, Wilkinson slammed Madison in a heated Twitter rant on May 12 after taking issue with comments the Vegas Diaries author made in a recent interview, in which she opened up about her time living in the Playboy Mansion with Hefner, 90, and his many girlfriends.

“Now Holly is on cover of People mag sayin she lived in fear at the mansion. She wasn’t in fear with that d–k in her ass for a paycheck,” Wilkinson wrote in her now-deleted NSFW tweets. “That bitch is in fear now knowing so many of us saw her doing some nasty s–t. She’s embarrassed and in shame. She was the clean up girl … Hollys job was to get Hef hard again and clean him up with her mouth.”

In 2015, Madison released her first memoir, Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny, which became the main point of contention between herself and Wilkinson.

During a May 19 appearance on Hollywood Today Live, Marquardt weighed in on the book beef between her two gal pals. “This is what I told Kendra, ‘She’s writing about her experience, and this is how she’s reflecting on it, and she has a right to do that,’” the TV personality shared on the talk show. “’And you have a right not to agree with her. But lashing out like this and saying such vile things and stuff isn’t really the way to handle it either.'”

Aside from Madison and Wilkinson’s seating arrangements, Marquardt explained to Us that she’s been having a blast picking out the details for her impending I do’s.

“Wedding planning is going great. We’ve been location hunting. You should see my Pinterest board,” the blonde beauty, who has yet to select a date or venue, raved. “I think I have, like, 400 pins on just, like, the wedding folder. Things are going good. It’s so much fun to plan. I really enjoyed doing it!”
