G.I. Jane may have come out nearly two decades ago, but Demi Moore proved on Instagram that her head-shaving skills are still intact.

The Very Good Girls actress, 52, spruced up her daughter Tallulah Willis‘ buzz cut, and the amazing process was documented on Willis’ Instagram account on Jan. 18.

“mommy-daughter bonding activities,” Moore’s middle child, 20, captioned the photo.

Funny enough, between Moore’s gray tank top and the photo’s woodgrain background, the pair looked like they could have been on the set of the 1997 film.

Willis initially debuted her shocking hairstyle in November 2014, which she admitted was an homage to her mother’s fearless baldie. “mawms is bae. #thankgodgoodheadshapesruninthefamily,” she wrote about her edgy new ‘do at the time.
