Well, this bites. Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhadler discovered his car had been broken into on Tuesday, March 19. The 34-year-old actor promptly shared a picture of his vehicle’s broken window via Instagram and publicly shamed the unidentified theft.

“Times are tough, I know, but whoever smashed my window last night and stole my iPod, you’re in luck! I just put some great new music on it!” Somerhalder wrote sarcastically. “You’re a dick, FYI.”
